How to Keep Healthy

Health is very important for everyone. To keep healthy, we need good living habits. First, we should eat healthy food, such as vegetables, fruit and milk. Don’t eat too much junk food. Second, do exercise every day. Running, walking and playing ball games are all good choices. Third, sleep for at least eight hours every night. Also, wash hands often to stop germs. If we keep these habits, we will have strong bodies and stay away from illness.
