Nowadays most students face heavy study stress. There are many healthy ways to relax ourselves. Doing outdoor sports like running or cycling can release tiredness quickly. Listening to soft music or drawing pictures calms down anxious moods. Talking worries with parents or close friends is also useful. Never stay alone with bad feelings or lose ourselves in computer games. Choosing proper relaxing ways helps us adjust state and go back to study with better spirits.
